CRP increasing after recovering from COVID 19

Affected with Covid three weeks ago. Having fever of 99 degrees and CRP of 54. What could be the reason? CRP increased from 34 at the end of 2 weeks from COVID infected day to 54 by end of 3rd week. General antibiotic and paracetomal were used during this period.
