Hi, I'm 28. During my early ages I had tonsils but it was cured by home remedies. Now, I have developed tonsils stones again after having complete ayurvedic treatment of the tonsiltis. When I forcefully contract my throat muscles and spit some phlegm, at times a tiny amount of blood comes out ( less than a drop). I've quit smoking 3 months back. I'm a pure vegetarian with no intake of liquor.
