1. Using the Health Drop website

NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. Health Drop doesn’t replace your relationship

with health experts  or healthcare professionals. Should Not be relied upon as a substitute for sound professional medical advice, evaluation or care from your health experts or other qualified healthcare professionals.

This information should be put to be used only after consulting your health experts or other healthcare professionals.

You acknowledge that although some of the content, medical reports and prescription ,

text and any medical information that is provided to you on the Site may be provided by individuals in the medical profession, the provision of such Information does not create a doctor/medical professional-patient relationship, but is provided to inform you on various medical conditions, medical diagnosis and treatment and it does not constitute a direct medical diagnosis, treatment or prescription.

Health Drop website (the owners and staff of the WebSite) and health professionals who offer services through the Site accept no responsibility for any medical,legal or financial events or outcomes related to services achieved through the use of the Site.

2. Scope of Services

Health Drop does not guarantee that a online based  consultation, You agree to contact your primary care Doctor at his/ her clinic or Hospital immediately should your condition change or your symptoms worsen.If you require urgent care, you agree to contact your nearby hospitals or clinic.

Health Drop makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, i.e any data loss or corruption in data

You are not permitted for trying to damage Content ,service computers , access other person  or health experts login details is an express and direct violation of these Terms of Use and of applicable law, including relevant privacy and security laws and laws prohibiting unfair or unethical business practices.

Your Health Drop Patient Profile is created to store record of your consultations and your personal health information online, including medical history and basic information like email, profile Photo, contact number. your medical history document is encrypted and only you can see by using Health Drop credentials

• Health drop reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded to the Health Drop website according to its internal record retention and/or destruction policies.

Health Drop may send you Email Notification regarding experts answer on your queries,Answer on queries by doctor ,appointment and other information regarding

health-related topics that is post by Health Drop website experts doctor.

2. About Health Drop Medical Experts

Health Drop Health Experts include respected doctors throughout the world,

including from leading medical institutions.Only registered doctors (Who have valid Registration)may apply to be and participate as health Experts on website “HealthDrop.in”.

if any doctor found fake degrees , then Health Drop has right to delete those account immediately.

Health Drop is Online health Consultation, here our experts will give opinion to patient on basis of provided information from patients.So if you have some serious problem then please be in touch with your nearby hospital and doctor immediately.

By requesting a medical consultation through Website “HealthDrop.in”, you agree below points :

The consultation/opinion by website doctor on diagnosis , you may receive, could be limited and provisional If any difference arises regarding opinion among our website experts doctor and your personal doctor, it's up to you ,whose advice you are going to follow. the website “HealthDrop.in” and its Owner (Kadam Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its employee) are not liable for any damage.

3. Protection of Proprietary Information

You agree that the Services, which include all software and information,

both electronic and printed media, contain copyrighted material, trade secrets, patent related material and other proprietary intellectual property and are the proprietary property of website “HealthDrop.in” and website owner (Kadam Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ) or user/health experts are solely responsible for any kind of information whether document or images or text etc uploaded on website

4. Indemnification

The Consumer shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Health Drop , its affiliates harmless from all demands, liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, fees of third parties relating to or arising under this Agreement, the Services provided hereunder or your use of the Services, including without limitation, infringement by you or someone else using the service with your computer, of any intellectual property or other proprietary right of any person or entity, or from the violation of any of our operating rules or policy relating to the Service(s) provided.

When we are threatened with suit by a third party, we may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify us; your failure to provide those assurances may be considered by us to be a breach of your agreement and may result in deactivation of your service(s) with immediate effect.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Health Drop including (it’s Affiliates) or anyone else involved in creating, producing or distributing Health Drop Services be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Health Drop Services, or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Health Drop records, programs or services. 5. Jurisdiction

No party shall object to removal or prosecution of any litigation to a state court within Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to Health Drop must be commenced within one (1) year after it arises, except to the extent such litigation is not enforceable.To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party to this Terms of Use waives its or his or her right to a jury trial with respect to any dispute or other controversy arising from hereunder or your use of or access to the Health Drop Services or website.Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right hereunder, or failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Terms of Use, shall not be considered waiver thereof, which can only be made by signed writing. No single waiver shall be considered a continuing or permanent waiver.

6. Right to Operational Functionality

Website “HealthDrop.in” and its owner (Kadam Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) reserves complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of our Services. We may withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of our Services.

7. Right to Modify Terms of Service

You agree and confirm that the Terms of Service may be amended from time to time without notice and take responsibility to update yourself periodically with the latest version available on Health Drop website. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately on release of the revised Agreement or change to the Service(s) on our website. Unless we notify otherwise, these terms incorporate and supersede any other terms associated with the Services.

Health Drop website has the right to discontinue service, or deny access to anyone who violates our policies or the terms and conditions stated herein, without prior notice or warning.

8. Notice

Health Drop may provide notice to you- the Consumer, by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you during registration by a general notice on the Health Drop website. You may give notice to Health Drop at any time via electronic mail to info@healthdrop.in.

9. Assignment

We may assign this contract at any time to any parent, subsidiary, or any affiliated company, or as part of the sale to, merger with, or other transfer of our company to another entity. We will post a notice on the Site regarding any change of ownership so that you have the opportunity to discontinue your use of the Site or cancel your registration if you do not wish to continue to use the Site and the Services under the new ownership. You may not assign, transfer or sublicense these Terms of Use to anyone else and any attempt to do so in violation of this section shall be null and void.

10. Entire Agreement

I, the User or Patient or Consumer

• Understand the risks and benefits of the online consultation
• Acknowledge and agree to assume the risk of the above mentioned limitations pursuant to the use of Health Drop. I further understand and agree that no warranty or guarantee has been made to me concerning any consultation on particular diagnosis, result, treatment or cure of my condition.
• I understand that the laws that protect privacy and the confidentiality of medical information also apply to Health Drop, and that my information will be only used as defined by the Health Drop’s Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
• I understand that the consultation through Health Drop may involve electronic communication of my personal medical information to other medical practitioners who may be located in other areas, including out of state.
• I further understand that I am informed of presence of Third Party i.e. the consulting Physicians in the consultation and thus have the right to request the following:

(1) omit specific details of my medical history/physical examination that are personally sensitive to me; and/or

(2) terminate the consultation at any time.

If you do not agree to terms of our Privacy Policy we kindly request you to not use this site.
