hello sir i want to ask this query for my son he is 15years old. sir yesterday around 6pm he was having stomach ache then he took this syrup . then the pain got away. but later after 2 hours around 8-8:30 pm the pain started again and he went to washroom for urinating and when he touch my left testicle it hurts badly and today he was having slight and severe pain in lower and center abdomin and in left testicle also {but testicle pain is better today than yesterday} he took ciplox 500 . so can u help me why it is happening
