Sir,I am a 17 year old guy,I have pain in ejaculation. It pains only during ejaculation. All these problems started with a lump under my penis which I found after masturbating,has almost gone now. It has just been since a month. I masturbated only twice during this time period and it pained both the times during ejaculation only. I felt as if the pain is caused by a nerve blockage in my penis. Immediately after ejaculation I could see a nerve in my penis swirling in recent times,is it possible sir?I consulted a surgeon in a Military hospital nearby,neither could he find the issue nor could I talk to him about ejaculation and stuff with my parents beside me. He claimed as if I currently don't have any serious issue and prescribed me B-complex tablets as far as I know. As I said,it has just been a month since all this. So please help me identify the issue doc!🙏
