My patient has had 3 episodes of vomiting and water discharge from nose while sleeping after meal.My patient is a 54 yr old male, policeman by profession having night duty so experiencing disturbing sleep pattern. He had a surgery for sub dural hematoma 6 months back. He is currently taking medication for hypertension,prostate enlargement and antibiotics.
