After piles operation,blood come before stool discharges

In Feb Month,My father admitted for fisher/piles operation in hospital and it was done one 23rd Feb.
Day before yesterday while discharging the stool ,he has notices that 5 to 6 drop of blood is come before stool discharges, and yesterday and today he has facing same situation.please suggest what we do and why it is happen.
