Anal Fissure but its not severe but i think i have it

Anal fissure. When i poop my anal region starts to burn and also used to bleed little but after taking a stool softener the pain burning and blood goes away but when i stops taking stool softener it comes back but this time its with lesser burn with no pain and blood but its comes back. What i want to do ?
