I was having fileria type inflation in my leg and fever i continue with some medivine and that cured but my fever is not down even if my body temperature is low temperature of head is high and i am having dry cough not any other symtops of cold .
I am taking paracetamol-650 3 times a day and azithromycin -500 twice .
But fever is not reducing please suggest any medicine that will cure my disease .
