Blood Sugar normal - should I continue with Meds?

Hello. Two weeks back, my sugar was around 400 which I checked for the first time. But after taking medicines for just three days it has gone to 100 now. I am thinking of discontinuing the medicines as I am unsure if I am diabetic and continue with my meds. Could you please advise.
