Can I take Becadexamin multivitamins? I've acne problems(acne on face, back and chest) and my weight also is low , I'm 24 years old , 5'11 , 48 kg weight. My hair turning grey. and I got symptoms of pericarditis 3 times in last 15 months. I consulted a doctor 4 months ago, He told that you are deficient in Vitamin B12.so can i take multivitamin ?
