I have taking medicine for blood sugar for the last 4 years,along with BP medicine.The names of the medicine are GLYCOMET 500SR for Diabetes and ASOMEX 1.25 for BP.During the lockdown period I couldn't do the Blood Tests.I will attach my last report.I feel my Blood Sugar fluctuates,need to change medicine.I want your suggestion.I don't smoke or consume liquor.Have stopped sweets,cakes,pastries etc.I do regular exercise and cycling,with controlled food habbits.I made a huge loss in business,the reason I can't visit private hospitals and the Government hospitals are in very bad shape.
Please help.
