Femur fracture delayed union fracture

My age is 30 my femur is fractured it has been more than one year bones not healing properly, IM rod and 4 screw are there ,doctor's remove one screw after that union occurred but now progress is not satisfactory please suggest me how can my bones heal faster . I am non smoker non alcoholic and never diagnose any type of diabetic.
