Help required against pain in whole abdomen

Actually I am diagnosed by my doctor that I am suffering from chest Tuberculosis. I start my medication from 20.01.2020( 3months AKT3, wysolene, fertidoc tablets, Becosule). After 3 months n presently I m taking( R Cinex, wysolene, fertidoc, becosule tablets). But, i am suffering from abdominal pain n black stools..due to covid 19 i can not consult my doctor..so i consult another nearby physician..he consult me to stop wysolene..
Please suggest what to do..
