I feel my body temperature is high, even in AC. Felt my face,burning every time. but palms are so cold.
In a cool temp, hands are so itchy. Is this a kind of diseases ?

It may be..but primarily your symptoms are seemed to be of anxiety related..measure your body temperature.. get serum TSH done,few more investigation like blood sugar, s creatinine,lipid profile etc..review after lab reports
