Hello, doctor, I am doing preparation for civil services for more than 2 years. I was going good but next Sunday I have felt dizziness and suddenly I fell on the floor. I went to a doctor for a checkup and It was all right. but that day I feel dizziness all the time and shivering in my hands. I studied 18 hours per day almost regularly and I am addicted to some drugs. I cannot discuss with my doctor but I feel that It happened due to drugs. I am afraid to talk with others. What should I do?
