I am 20 years old. I am having some infection around vulva. I noticed it a month ago. It is like white spots in lines on both sides of my vulva lips. I am really worried if it is an std. And 5 days back I even noticed the same pattern white spots on my lips. I even got a sore on lips. Please let me know what it is and help me cure it.
