Doctor,
I am from Sikkim,I have a autistic brother who recently has started to have serious itchy problem.
He keeps scratching his face and his palm.
Since he cannot do any verbal communication we are unaware of what is happening.
He keeps scratching his face and his palm, and left open cracks and scratch marks.
How can I help him ease the itchiness?
