past 1 year my weight has decreased from 56 to 47 kg.I suffer from sinus trachycardia..heart beat irregular.time to time i feel nervousness..chest discomfort.i smoke.i have no cough problem.simple exercise makes me feel uncomfortable pulse going high.but staircase not much problem..sometimes no prob at all.i feel its thyroid related.please advise.ill be g...
