I am 29 year old male. I am having pain in my left testis alongwith pain in lower left abdomen and at location of kidney and lower left back. Lower abdomen pain now has shifted down to left side of pubic area. Overall appearance of testicles is normal. But that slight pain in left testis and at left pubic area remains active most of the time in a day. Facing it since last 5 days. Please tell me what it is?
