Late period and unsure ejaculation

Hi, I’m 18, I have PCOD and hirstutism. My period was supposed to come on 3rd March, it’s 12th March and it hasn’t come. I had unprotected sex on 8th March ( the ejaculation did not flow out of me and it’s unsure if the guy ejaculated inside. No sperm found when I inserted fingers inside) is it possible that I am pregnant? Do I take plan b pill? Do I wait for period? Will I get my period?
