I am 15 years old, I have had lumps sort of on the shaft of my penis. I have had them for 3 years. I have not yet had any kind of sex. The lumps ore brownish white and are painless and have no side effects or anything at all. I have been mastrubrating twice per day for 4 years. Please tell me wether the lumps are permanent or temporary and ways of reducing them.
