Lymph swollen in neck. Back, shoulder, arm pain

Posterior cervical lymph nodes swollen. Very painful when touched or while rotating head. Pain radiating towards upper back, arm, shoulder, upper chest of one particular side only. Took azithral for 5 Days and zerodol mr twice daily for 3 days. Swollen still, pain not going. What to do?
