Mild pain in upper left abdomen

Having mild pain in upper left abdomen since 4 days. Little frating is absorbed from past 4 days than regular. Though pain is bareable but its continous. Able to sleep without issues. No medical problem related to stomach. Please suggest any medications. Hard to go to hospital in lockdown period.

take tab pantocid DSR one tab empty stomach for 5days

Sir i dont feel any bulging or gas filled stomach. Pain is poking hardly from inside. Just before 4 days i had back muscle spasam and going through medication with following medicine 1)Tab.Myospaz 2)Tab Dolonex DT 3)Tab. Pantodac 40 So even today morning i have taken pantodac 40. So i feel the pain still recurring from inside. Now even i feel pain stepped to middle part of abdomen sir i want to understand is their any possiblility of infection?
