I have tested for MRI scan the result is
1) Features of early lumbar spondylotic changes with paravertebral muscular spasm
2) L4-L5 level diffuse disc bulge with posterior annular tear indenting on thecal sac and abutting traversing and exiting nerve root
3)At L5-S1 Level ,central disc bulge indenting the thecal sac, traversing and exiting nerve root
4)No significant cord lesions at present
