51 year old male, with history of Dm type 2 from last 5 years and enlarged liver and constipation. Takes medicine for Sleep, constipation and dm type 2. BP is high from the last 2 days with readings being 155/105 and 144/103. Former being initial reading before taking Telma40. Medicine was taken twice, yesterday. Today morning reading was again 144/103mm Hg. Have taken Telma40 again in morning. Having pain in middle portion of head, with rigorous sweating in morning. Sleep pattern is also disturbed. Kindly guide what needs to be done.
