Mumps and its time for recovery in kids below 10

My child is 9 years old and have mumps since last three weeks. He has pain in throat, under ear and difficulty in swallowing with fever sometimes. Moreover, he has abdominal pain, increased palpitations and pain in the kidneys as well as pain under the feet.
He is taking ibuprofen and paracetamol suspension and multivitamin
Plz suggest when he will recover from it.
