I'm a Male, 19 years old. My hair growth has surprisingly been very slow or negligible after the last time I had a hair cut. It was about 2 weeks ago. Usually. I could see a noticeable difference in my hair growth about this time. But, this time it's pretty strange, that I see no difference in my hair growth.
