Good morning sir/madam, i was drenched in rain 3 days ago, and the next day I got cold and fever. I took paracetamol 650, cheston cold tablet, c vitamin tablet for 2 days. I took D vitamin tablet for one day. Now I am feeling better, but I am suffering with bad muscle pain and back pain kindly request you to suggest the medicine for me.
