PCOS and UTI together causes serious problems?!

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS but I have my menses happening every 35 days and it lasts for 5days. I have Recurring UTI too( twice a year) Since I have both PCOS and UTI is this a serious problem to be worried about?! At times I have slight pain in my pelvic region and in my lower back also. Is this serious?! I have attached my scanning report also
