Pregnancy with Schizophrenia

My wife has schizophrenia. After 5 years of marriage life, just 1 month before she got conceived. Both gynaecologist & psychiatric doctor advised my wife to stop taking tablets for schizophrenia. Now I'm worrying lot, if the relapse happened or episode or schizophrenia comes back, what can i do???
