My left ear is paining since last night and I can't bare it anymore. Please help me

You can take (Abclox CV tab ) twice a day for 7 days ,add probiotic caps (Vizylac caps) twice a day for 7 days , for pain take (Combiflam tab ) twice a day with (Pantop-40 mg once a day and add ear drops (Otorex Ear Drop) 3 drops every 12 hours.
