i am suffering from headache & head pain since march 25th.

Also suffering from throat pain with tick tick sound from throat but now its much better only sometimes tick sound is coming from throat.

inbetween these period since 25th march 2020 to till date i consulted with one homeopathic physician on 23rd April 2020 and one allopathic physician he has given some tabs from his clinic and write outside medicines SN 15 & and one more tab for throat pain, after eaten those medicines pain was releived but sound not stopped which coming from throat.

Again i consulted with mbbs physician on 25th may 2020, he has given some medicines from his clinic for 3 days, he told me as because of incomplete the sleeps and disorders you might suffer and advised me to take TAB SERTA 25 mg for 1 month before dinner... but still i am getting pain and aches in head not always mostly while sleeping .

getting pains and aches from centre in & on head right side and left side, not continuously sometimes mostly while sleeping.
