Should I visit a Gastroenterologist?

I have symptoms of Vericocele and abdominal burning sensation along with yellow urine. So I have visited an urologist.The doctor prescribed usg of abdomen , scrotum, blood and also urine. I have found one of the report says "Liver Is enlarged in size (160mm) and shows homogenous echopattern."
and therefore should I visit a Gastroenterologist now because of that?
