Hello Doctor,
I'm Deependra and i'm an indian of slightly fair skin i.e mix of dark fair skin, so how much time like (half naked with only shorts and naked from top) sitting under the sun straight between 9- 10 am morning, kindly suggest as according to the indian body type, beacuse from the past 7 days, i have been spending like 25 -30 minutes under the sun half naked
