Iam 46 year female. I am diabetic. I have abdominal severe for 20 days. Urine flow is little. pain in the sides also severe.Back pain severe.I was asked to take usg abdomen. The impression is this small sized right kidney with early cortical thinning. Right kidney measures 8.6*3.9 Left kidney measures 10.6*4.6cms. Liver enlarged 18.3cm with increased parenchymal echopattern
