I m 18 yrs old. 2 weeks ago I masturbated 5 times within half hour. Next day i did not masturbate. The other next day i was sleeping in daytime in unusual position(may be my right testis was pressed between legs). I had nocturnal emission. I immediately woke up. There was a mild pain in my right testicle since then. On that night i masturbated again despite mild pain. Now till now i haven't masturbated. However the pain is lowered and it is not continuous but it feels like sometimes my abdomen also starts mild paining(i don't know if this is because of testicle). But my right testicle is swollen. My cremastoric muscles are working. Sometimes right testicle comes forward than left testis.
