I have feeling like lump or something sharp is there in my throat, it is blocked completely (feeling),but no problem in swallowing. Sometimes pain or sensation in ear and throat.pin and Needle like pain all over the body(not continuous, someday i don't have much) and I have noticed a pattern when my throat becomes normal there is another problem starts that is itching when i eat something spicy or in sunlight or even in hot temperature . It is about 2 months ago when all the symptoms became severe, but in between for 1 week my throat was completely fine but pain was there. But now again it is in the previoua state. I have made appointment with ENT but medicine have not helped me much, maybe he is not able to spot the issue, because lack of the instrument s . Because of covid-19 i am reluctant to visit anywhere now , should I avoid these symptoms. I am worried about throat cancer because most of the symptoms are similar to that ,so if i am suffering from that i think i should not go out now Because my immunity is too weak now. If there is no possibility of it and if it is advisable to ignore these symptoms please let me know.
