I have lot of small acne (which my dermatologist said "Early pimples" ) all over my face ( forehead, cheeks, neck, etc) and I also face pimples on arms, back and other areas. Sometimes I also have redness on my face. These bumps are not painful but concerns me a lot. I rarely get painful pimples.

I have tried some products but after few uses it all of sudden cause one or two big painful pimple. I also suffer from PCOS.

Hello.. pimples on face, back are due to hormones or internal factors, like overly active sebaceous glands & it leaves scars which are really embarrassing.. those recurrent pimples and it's scars are curable completely by homoeopathy..
