hello sir, i was having tight chest issue 2 months back.my weight lost 6kgs in 1 mnth.tht time i was nt having interet in eating anything.i was having mucus aka phlegm in my chest, n my heart beat was fast...xray shown that too much pleural effusion i my chest...one doctor done thoracentesis n removed 600 ml fluid outt of 750 ml ..ADA test shown 80%..so he told me i am not having cough,so my tb is not contagious and he given me 15 days prescription of akt4 plus b-long tablet.next day my lft test shown high bilirubin so tb treatment delayed by doc n started pilia treatment giving me ursodeoxycholic acid tab. after 10 days my pilia cleared but india was in lockdown state...so no Opd doctors were available.. so i asked one of my frnd BHMS doc for help who had worked as practitioner in the deepak hospital. e told me to start tb drugs ..i started takig rifampicin in morning ,pyrazimide each in 3 houra gap n ethambutol in evening. after 15 days lockdown increasd n no docs available.so i searchd internet for tb treatment n got to lknow that i shld use akt4 for minimum 2 mnths..i hoped in mths lockdown will over n i will contact tht doc...

my question is,
should i keep taking these drugs? if yes, then how long?

also when i lift something even 5kg weight, i feel pain in abdomin, is this pain likely after thoracetesis?
.
also, what to eat n what not to do things, can you advice me?
..
also, will tht leftover pleural fluid will go away by using these drugs or i will have to do tjoracentesis again?

here in my city mostly all hosptals are full of patients n i am fearing of going there due to risk of gettung cough like diseases from others, because as i still having 250ml fluid left in my pleural space, whenever i yawn or cough i have stabbing pain in my back.

note: since thoracentesis, n starting tb teeatment, i hv gained 6 kg of weight after eating akt4 for today 35 days...

my weight now is 67 kg.
