I'm an 18 year old male. I've had what I think is piles for about an year or two. At first I was under the impression that it would go away on it's own with proper care but it hasn't. And the reason why I haven't thought about it until now is because it hasn't caused any problems. It is painless even when I touch it, it doesn't bleed or show any other signs of being piles. It's just a small lump which can be felt when i spread my legs particularly when I wash my shit. I don't even know what this is to go consult a doctor, please advice.
