Abdomen pain with gurgling. Fatigue and weakness with sudden occasional palpitations. ECG normal. Low iron serum so having orofer XT and uprise 60 K since 2 weeks. No change in tiredness. Spoke to GP about upper abdomen pain and noises in morning. Having PAN 40 since 2 days with no improvement in health.
