I was suffering from urine infection last year . Got urine test done and report showed klebsiella pneumonia. What is the reason for this bacteria . Why did I get it. I am relatively healthy with no problems. I had gone a circumsion operation done this year due to phimosis . My penis is better now but at times when I pass urine there is certain smell . Kindly advise what is this klebsiella pneumonia and why am I getting this foul smell during urine passing.
