The last time I visited my urologist , he had examined and told me to get penis circumcised as foreskin was not retracting back... I believe the condition is called phimosis.. on account of tht tip has becomes sensitive off late as when I urinated there is ballon formation at the head of the penis and gradually the urine passes there .. recently there is burning sensation during urination and glans has become sore and during recent during sexual activity it has become more sore and yesterday after urinating completely there was a drop very little diluted blood from the tip.. the glans is sore.. I am using mometosone furoate cream once a day.. once things normalise I shall get the circumcision done as suggested.. meanwhile sir can u prescribe any medicine or cream to tackle the present situation at hand.
