My 5 yrs old daughter is suffering from cough and cold since Friday 10 April morning I gave her promethazine syrup 10ml 3 times a day and calpol 250 mg (5ml) once only. Kindly prescribe some medicine which can be purchased by name easily from any chemist. Thankyou! Anju.
