ZSR Circumcision staples are under the healing skin. What can i do now ?

It's been third week that i had done with ZSR Stapler circumcision operation, But still the staples are not fall down not even a single staples. Now the wound healing over staples and it covered the staples too now how can i remove the same. if doctor removes it means he use Anastasia from same or not ?
